Do you supply both construction and blinds & shutters?
Yes. Alongside new builds, renovations, alterations and painting, our ZI Blinds & Shutters division supplies and installs wood venetian, roller and vertical blinds plus security shutters.
Do you handle new builds and renovations, or only one?
We handle both. We take on new builds from foundation to handover, as well as renovations, alterations and painting for existing homes.

As an NHBRC registered home builder, new homes we build are covered under the NHBRC warranty scheme, giving you statutory protection and formal recourse if a defect arises. For the cover that applies to a specific project, ask us during your site visit.
